Washing instructions for Perfect Jeans

We want you to enjoy your Perfect Jeans for many years to come. That is why we have gathered some tips on how to best care for your Perfect Jeans, so they retain their colour and elasticity.

Do not use an iron

Perfect Jeans are made from materials that can be damaged by high temperatures. Therefore, we recommend avoiding ironing your jeans.

Wash inside out

When washing your Perfect Jeans, it is important to turn them inside out. This helps protect the colour and structure of your jeans. Washing them right side out can cause friction between the jeans, which may lead to wear and colour loss.

Air dry

After washing, we recommend air drying your Perfect Jeans. Avoid using a tumble dryer, as high heat can cause shrinkage and damage the fibres. Hang them on a hanger or drying rack and let them dry at room temperature.

Do not use fabric softener

Fabric softener can damage the fibres of your Perfect Jeans and lead to loss of colour and elasticity. Therefore, we recommend avoiding fabric softener when washing your jeans.

Wash at a maximum of 30 degrees

To protect the colour and elasticity of your Perfect Jeans, we recommend washing them at a maximum of 30 degrees.

Wash in a sufficiently full washing machine

When washing your Perfect Jeans, it is important to ensure the washing machine is sufficiently full. If the machine is not full enough, friction may occur, leading to wear. If you only have a few jeans to wash, you can add towels or other soft textiles.

Do not use detergent containing bleach

Detergents containing bleach can damage the colour and structure of your Perfect Jeans. Therefore, we recommend using a detergent with as little bleach as possible. We have had good experiences with REMA 1000 liquid fragrance-free colour detergent.

Remember to wash your new jeans before wearing them to extend their lifespan, but try them on first, as washed jeans cannot be returned or exchanged.
