Track your return

Go to the GLS website to track your return package:
https://gls-group.eu/DK/da/find-pakke?match 

Once you have clicked on the link, you can enter your package number. It appears between the QR codes on the return label you received by email after you created your return in the return portal. The package number consists of 12 digits. Then click on "Overview of packages"

After the package is delivered to us, we process it within a few business days. You will receive a message from us as soon as the package is processed.
