Customer Service Officer to Perfect Jeans in Svendborg

The job
AsCustomer service employee at Perfect Jeans is natural for you to always give customers a good professional treatment and make sure they get a great experience every time they are in contact with customer service.
You will, most of the time as a customer service employee, provide support to existing customers in relation to general customer service including questions for orders, products or the website.

At Perfect Jeans you will have tasks like:
• Customer service on phone, mail and live chat
• Return management including replacing and credits
• Ad hoc tasks

Your skills
You are smiling and always have the customer in focus. You are constantly service minded and can maintain the overview of busy situations. You are good at Danish and English both in writing and in speech. You are quick on the keys and are educated in new systems. You are robust and meeting stable.

Working hours
Your weekly working time is flexible and will be on average at 30-37 hours spread over weekdays between 8-16.

You will work as part of our customer service team in a professional and dynamic environment.
